Our Staff

Jenifer Molstad, Scheduling Coordinator

Jeni was born in southern California and moved to Arlington in 1983. She’s been in dentistry over 25 years and finds every aspect of dentistry enjoyable. Jeni especially likes working at the front desk because it gives her the opportunity always have a smile on her face in order to put a nervous patient at ease.

In her free time Jeni likes to paint and repurpose old furniture and thrift store treasures. She also enjoys camping and ATV’ing with her husband, Duane and their chocolate lab, Zeke.

Before graduating from Shoreline Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2013, Lauren worked as a dental assistant for two years in Edmonds. Lauren has worked with both Dr. Westford and Dr. Bowles since 2013.

Her enthusiasm for exceptional oral care is rivaled only by a passion to socialize. In her free time, Lauren enjoys skiing, softball, kickboxing, and spending time with friends and family.

Carolyn Hoxie, Receptionist

Carolyn looks forward to meeting you and helping you accomplish your necessary treatment. She has over 40 years experience working with insurance companies and helping patients with their financial decisions. In Carolyn’s “spare” time, she volunteers at her church, where she teaches 6-11-year-old kids, trains teachers, and provides each class with everything they need.

Humor is very important to Carolyn – “life would be so boring without laughter!” She belongs to a group called the SAG Sisters, and they perform at senior centers and anywhere they are invited. They dress up like old church ladies, lip sync, dance, and do stand-up comedy.
